By using PilotReply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service use

• You are responsible for account access and workspace activity.
• You agree to use PilotReply in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
• You retain responsibility for final content posted to third-party platforms.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

PilotReply and related software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited right to use the service during your subscription term.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

PilotReply is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
